'Stories from Stonegate! Celebrating £825,000 raised for MNDA'

Stonegate Group Charity Partner, MNDA

Making a difference together!

At Stonegate Group, we believe in the power of people - and our recent charity partnership is a shining example of what we can achieve together.

Over the course of our collaboration with the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association and MND Scotland, our colleagues, guests, and suppliers raised an incredible £825,000.
From climbing Mount Snowdon and cycling over 2,000 miles in the Tour de Stonegate, to brewing our own charity beer Woolfpack and hosting a supplier golf day that raised £70,000 in just one day - our teams went above and beyond.

Tanya Curry, CEO of the MND Association shared: "It’s impossible to overestimate just how much Stonegate’s partnership has truly meant, not only to us, but to the whole MND community. The strength of this remarkable partnership has enabled the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association to develop the support and information we offer to people living with MND, their families and carers, while also funding vital research which gives us the hope, we need for the future. We couldn’t be more grateful to the team at Stonegate for their generosity, their dedication and their tremendous support.”

Our CEO David McDowall shared: “I couldn’t be prouder of what our teams, guests, and communities have achieved. From collection tins on bars to marathons and mountain climbs, everyone’s creativity and determination to raise vital funds for MND has been incredible. This partnership shows what we can do when we come together with purpose – and I’m so grateful to everyone who’s played a part.

Huge thank you to everyone who took part over the years!
