Our Head Chefs are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring that each and every dish that leaves our kitchen is executed to the highest standards. They will often support menu creation in line with guest preferences and current trends.
Additional responsibilities include managing and training the wider kitchen team to maintain consistency and ensure quality control and kitchen safety, as well as collaborating with the General and Deputy Managers to align the kitchen operations with the venue's overall strategic goals.
