Job Roles at Popworld

Our General Managers at Popworld are responsible for building high-performing teams that are passionate about upholding the format guidelines and ensuring our guests are having a great experience at our iconic late-night venues.

They lead and motivate their team of party starters while exploring additional sales opportunities and team development.

We offer a number of benefits to our General Managers. These include our award-winning training programme, bonuses, and private healthcare, as well as support to help you bring your plans for your venue to life.

Please note: All General Manager applicants must possess a valid personal licence.

SEARCH GENERAL MANAGER JOBS
Deputy Managers at Popworld will support the General Manager by assisting in leading and motivating their team while engaging in the day-to-day running of the venue. Their focuses include stock control, cash handling, training, and maintaining health, safety, and fire standards.

Deputy Managers will receive full training and support, with additional benefits such as opportunities for performance-based bonuses, early access to earned wages, and more!

SEARCH DEPUTY MANAGER JOBS

Our Team Leaders offer support to the Team Members, helping them to bring the best experience to their guests while focusing on the day-to-day running of shifts.

As well as being format ambassadors, they will possess great communication and customer service skills and lead by example for their fellow Team Members.

SEARCH TEAM LEADER JOBS

Our Team Members are the party and soul of Popworld. They deliver fantastic customer service and are passionate about serving a variety of drinks to a high standard. Ensuring our guests have the best experience possible every visit.

Glass Collectors at Popworld are integral for upholding health and safety standards as well as keeping the venue looking its best by collecting glasses throughout the night. They also make sure the bar is fully stocked with glasses so that all of our drinks amaze our guests every night.
