Your main role as Deputy Manager will focus on team management, such as supporting, coaching and mentoring your team, and assisting the general manager in improving all aspects of the business, from business development to controlling the P&L, maintaining high standards, legal compliance and brand integrity, and delivering an exceptional service. In this role as a valued supervisor, you’ll have the opportunity to really make a difference to your team and our guests’ experiences, so a passion for what you do and a drive to excel is key.
